Finding it a bit difficult to shop on this website?

To Pay and Collect from our Seaview store in Wellington, purchase item/s, select CLICK AND COLLECT. Then  either pay by bank online and pay bill "excluding" freight. OR pay by Credit Card and we will reverse any freight back to your card =EASY.

(You must pay before collection, an email will be sent when the item/s are rady for collection)

SOME PRODUCTS HAVE ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS FOR COLLECTION, this is stated on the description of that item/s, if unsure call us 0800 030 999

TO NAVIGATE AND/OR BUY ONLINE

1) Browse through the different products from the left hand side menu (or links on the specials page, or go to the shopping page). OR If you know what you need, click on any category and use the SEARCH BAR to type in what you are after.

2) Click on a product for more in-depth information. This will also bring up a Buy Now button. (if no button shows up, product is not available for online purchase)

3) Simply follow instructions from there. everytime you select an item this will update your shopping cart and show Freight charges (some items may warn you about extra freight charges), you can add/remove quantities of an item, you can also delete any items you no longer require. You will be able to click on your cart at anytime once you have put at least one item in there.

4) Once you are satisfied that you have what it is you are looking for, click on your cart and complete the Buy Now process. Their are a number of ways to pay, many credit card options and even a bank deposit will be arranged for you if you do not possess any credit cards all available within the purchase process.

5) On completion of the purchase an e-mail will be generated for us and we will be in contact re your order. You will receive a copy of your order and a gst receipt upon payment.

6) IF YOU ARE AFTER AN ITEM WHICH IS NOT LISTED -CONTACT US, IT DOES NOT MEAN WE WILL NOT HAVE IT.

Other points to consider

some items may incur extra fees for delivery eg Fridges/freezers due to limited delivery areas, we will let you know when this happens and you will still have the choice to retract your purchase.
