ALL FREIGHTED PRODUCT will be sent with the intention of a getting a "confirmation of receipt" signature. In some cases, particularly DG Class 8 goods product will be left at the delivery location if a signature cannot be obtained, by agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that The Battery Cell is not responsible for any delivery anomolies arising from a delivery unsigned for and left unattended, we strongly recommend using a delivery address where the recipient will be present (or a representative for) during business hours Mon-Fri.
