Over time, road vibration, marine humidity, and electrical heat turn these tiny spaces into hidden hotbeds of corrosion, leading to mysterious voltage drops and eventual circuit failure.

The Professional 4-Step Termination Sequence:

  1. Strip with Precision: Use a clean wire stripping tool to expose clean copper wire strands without nicking, tearing, or carving off individual filaments.
  2. Match the Insulation Profile: Match your wire thickness directly to the terminal connector's industry color code (Red for 0.5–1.5mm², Blue for 1.5–2.5mm², or Yellow for 4.0–6.0mm²).
  3. Execute the Cycle-Lock Crimp: Place the terminal into a specialized Ratchet Crimper. Unlike manual pliers, a professional ratchet unit physically locks and refuses to release its jaws until it completes a full stroke pressure sequence, cold-welding the copper wire into a solid, gas-tight mass.
