Battery Repacking Service. THE BATTERY CELL has a battery repacking service (this is not a battery 'design' service). Great for battery packs no longer produced, upgrading capacity, upgrading cell quality. Power Tools, Remote packs and other battery packs for various applications.
BATTERY RE-PACKING SERVICE AT THE BATTERY CELL
IMPORTANT INFORMATION, (What you need to do) PLEASE READ:
1) Bring in (or Courier in -Tracked Courier Only) your Battery/s to our Store
THE BATTERY CELL, 34 Seaview Road, Seaview, Lower Hutt 5010 (View location HERE)
2) Pay a $22 non-refundable deposit** at the Store counter OR select a RE-PACK DEPOSIT** Token/s see below to pay online (or purchase RE-PACK DEPOSIT Token/s HERE) You will need to pay/purchase the REPACK DEPOSIT** Token/s for as many different battery packs you are sending/supplying us unless they are multiples of the same battery/pack
3) Our Tech Team will quote for repacking (may be several quotes if available), this will take 1-3 business days depending on the current load.
4) THE BATTERY CELL then provides the quote/s to you for a YES or NO answer
5) If your answer is YES (you agree with quote) to proceed, the $22 paid comes off the total price and we proceed with the re-pack (5-14 business days).
-If you have paid in-store and are collecting in store -the balance is required when you come to collect the item/s
-If you have paid online, THE BATTERY CELL will send you a separate invoice for the job completion, this is required to be paid in FULL "before" the work commences. When complete we then send the item/s back to your the address supplied.
6) If your answer is NO (you do not wish to continue) the $22 deposit** is absorbed as the total cost of the process (and also covers the return freight of your item/s if ordered online)
